We live in an era of “fast coffee”—grab-and-go cups and automated machines. The Coffee Guide was born from a desire to slow down. I believe that to truly appreciate your morning brew, you have to understand the centuries of ritual, trade, and revolution that brought it to your table.
Coffee is part of our daily rhythm. It’s the first quiet moment of the day, the pause between tasks, the ritual that helps us reset. But for something so familiar, coffee is often made unnecessarily confusing.

Like most of us, my coffee journey began with a simple caffeine fix, but it quickly turned into a fascination with the journey from seed to cup. I created this space to share that curiosity with others, breaking down the technical specs of the world’s top coffee regions into simple, ‘at-a-glance’ cards. This guide is for those who want to join me on the Journey from seed to sip.
